24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Boulder Hair Collective will send you a confirmation call or text reminder 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. If for some reason you are unable to make your appointment, please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If no notice is given, you will be charged 50% of services booked. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, we reserve the right to charge in FULL and your next appointment may require a deposit. All of our stylists make a living through providing services for clients in their chairs. If an appointment is missed with little or a no-show, this leaves no opportunity for the stylist to schedule another service in your time slot and it forfeits their income.
LATE POLICY:
You are provided a grace period of 10-15 minutes, but if exceeded, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. If this occurs, you will be charged 50% of services booked.
FACILITIES:
Our studio is designed to accommodate several clients at a time. We want to you to have the best salon experience, so please be mindful of others.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Gluten sensitivity or chemical sensitivity? Before requesting a service like color or shampoo, please let your stylist know of any medical conditions that may impact your salon experience. In most cases, we will be able to accommodate your needs.
SATISFACTION:
If you are not satisfied with your service, we offer complimentary adjustments within 5 days of the service completion. Love your service? We would love a 5 star review on Google.
